Final Storyboard - Page 1:
Panels 1&2:
Panel 1 starts with Dawson sitting at his desk in his office with his head in his hands which is going to be a mid-shot of him before moving on to the next panel which is an extreme close-up of Dawson's face, more specifically his eye as it shows him closing his eyes painfully which will start a flashback. when Dawson shuts his eye it will be fast and will show a pained expression, as if remembering a bad memory, which, essentially, is going to be the flashback.
Panels 3&4:
Panels 3, 4 are going to be scenes of the flashback which will show two murder victims as a fixed shot which will be narrated over what happened very briefly (e.g. Person A, murdered with/by (insert death cause here) etc.) before moving onto the next victim. The first murder scene will be shown as an establishing shot whereas the second murder scene will be a mid-shot, just cutting off the top of the victims head and legs.
Panels 5&6:
Panel 5 is the last murder scene that is shown in the flashback which will be the most recent victim, Samantha Scarlet and her place of death, all of the murder scenes will be fixed shots and will be an establishing shot. Panel 6 will show Dawson looking at a suspect board, which will have various pictures with strings connecting them, this will be a fixed shot and Dawson's back will be facing the camera.
Panels 7&8:
Panel 7 shows a close up of the back of Dawson's head as he is still looking at the suspect board before moving onto the last panel in the first storyboard sheet which will be a zoom-in towards the suspect board which will show the titles for the film such as producers and actors etc.
